Payment and Processing Information

* A $750 Application Fee is required for PACE to commence a needs assessment, identify instructor(s), and prepare a proposal for custom programs. The $750 fee will be applied to the balance of the cost of the custom program. If for some reason, PACE is unable to provide a program proposal, the fee is refundable in full.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Custom Courses

  • After PACE has created a program proposal, the $750 application fee is not eligible for refund.
  • Custom Programs twenty-one (28) days or more from commencement are eligible for a refund of 50% of all fees paid.
  • Custom Programs twenty-seven (27) days or less from commencement are not eligible for a refund.

All notifications of cancellation and request for refund must be made in writing, via email (ucpace@ucsd.edu) or fax (619-488-6078) to the UC San Diego PACE Program. Refunds will only be issued by way of the original payment method with which the order was placed.
